Experience
Noémie de Galembert began her career in the litigation department at the Paris office of Latham & Watkins where she held offices in various committee meetings (Associate Committee, Recruiting Committee).
In 2013, she joined Scotto Partners to create the litigation Practice, which has developed quickly around shareholders’ litigation, post-acquisition matters and managers’ liability. She has also a strong track records in negotiating and implementing exit packages for executives. This is the same activity that she decided to continue and develop with her team within her own boutique in 2017, supported by the increasing trust of her clients.
Noémie is a member of the AFFIC and Think Tank Cabinets de Croissance. She is also involved in Ashoka, promoting social entrepreneurship.
