Experience
Marine joined Galembert Avocats in 2023 after completing several internships in corporate M&A and commercial litigation at law firms such as Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Lacourte Raquin Tatar, Mayer Brown and the holding company of the LVMH group.
Her practice currently focuses on corporate litigation, including governance issues, executives’ liability or exit agreements, shareholders and M&A litigation.
She is fluent in English.
